SYNOPSIS: Aspiring choreographer Jane performs in others’ projects but never her own. When dance duo Katie and Megan win an opportunity Jane was vying for, Jane’s envy is magnified across their shared rehearsals, performances, and social spaces. A rehearsal mishap with Katie relegates Jane to the background of a group piece, but Katie’s unexpected kindness forces Jane to confront her ego and choose sisterhood. From the pulsing lights of the club floor to the quiet intimacy of personal practice, her ensuing friendship with the duo allows Jane to overcome self-disdain through collaboration, its vulnerabilities, and dancing together.
